Since 2007, all diesel vehicles have been equipped with an anti-pollution system which includes a particulate filter. This ensures that toxic particles are caught by the filter instead of being released into the environment. However, a build-up of particles can clog the filter and cause complications. Since it is very expensive to replace a particulate filter, Montreal DPF saw the need to provide professional cleaning services for dirty filters.
CLEANING THAT REMOVES UP TO 94% OF RESIDUE
We have a larger oven than those of the competition in order to be able to clean more filters at the same time and to reduce our customers' vehicle downtime. This oven allows us to heat up to 8 filters at a time. We clean them by day and put them in the oven for 8 hours overnight at 1200°F. We therefore respect the manufacturer's standards to the letter, so your warranty stays intact.
